*The personal data administrator is RART Sp. z o.o., ul. Aleja Przyjaźni 7/2, 44-100 Gliwice. The scope of personal data processed by the administrator includes the data provided in the registration application. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent granted to the processing of personal data. In the case of data processing for marketing purposes, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest achieved by the administrator in the form of direct marketing. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to account for the educational event and provide the participant with any conference materials (i.e. for two years from the end of the educational event). In the event of consent to data processing for marketing purposes, until an objection to data processing is submitted. Personal data may be disclosed to external entities, particularly entities related to the administrator and entities financing or co-financing an educational event.
